OUR CLIENTS .
Meet the expert team .
At JM Engineering Eurasia we employ national and expatriate staff covering a wide range of disciplines. In our projects we usually team up professionals in a way that ensures generating tailor-made top-quality solutions at highly competitive cost. More specifically, in the majority of the assignments we, first and foremost, make use of leading national experts, with international staff being engaged only in those areas, where at present there is a lack of expertise and know-how at national level. In addition, international specialists provide critically important quality assurance, project management and third-party expert conclusions on the project findings. JM Engineering Eurasia’s expert teams are geared to individual project objectives and specific requirements of the customer to warrant provision of services in a timely, cost-efficient and high-quality fashion. At all times these project teams have direct access to technical support and administrative resources. We often opt for a multidisciplinary approach that enables us to successfully tackle even the most complex projects with seamless coordination. The company’s team is led by its owner and managing director Joerg Matthies, PhD.
As a German national Joerg has been a resident to Georgia since 2009. He successfully worked as CEO at Georgian Water and Power, Georgian Industrial Group, Georgian International Energy Corporation, and Askangel Alliance. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board he currently heads the country’s TSO Georgian State Electrosystem. He is also the founder and CEO of Georgian wine and hospitality business Château Mosmieri. Prior to his arrival to Georgia Joerg was the Managing Director of MVV decon, by that time a globally operating energy, infrastructure and environment consultancy firm with a strong track record in more than 100 countries world-wide
